Be the first to reach the pirate treasure. Roll the dice to move your pirate ship around the edge of the board. If the ship lands on a coloured space, which matches the colour in front of your pirate , you move the pirate one step closer to the treaure. This is a fun and exciting game for young children. This game helps in reinforcing colour recognition skills of children as well as developing their number skills as they move by counting around the board.
Sold as a set of 12 Abaci. Each 2-colour abacus has 100-beads and is one of the best manipulatives for explaining tens and ones or 2-digit place value and for learning to add, minus, multiply and divide. Each bead has a value of 1. Ideal for preschoolers through to second graders. The 2-colours enable easy recognition of 6,7,8 etc without counting. |
