Twenty-six-year-old Soukaina, a native of Morocco, has never left
her country. Employed at a school, she seeks a worthy man with whom
to spend the rest of her life. Married for eleven years and the
father of three, Adam has lived a life of contradictions. Residing
worlds apart, Soukaina and Adam find solace from each other through
their letters.
With his wife and children away in the wife's home country,
Adam combats his loneliness by corresponding with Soukaina. As they
write letters back and forth, they discover they are soul mates and
vow to share their dreams, their hopes, and their lives. But will
their love survive the distance and the challenges of their
complicated lives?
