This collection of brushes, hand-picked and named after the
watercolourist John Yardley, contains three watercolour brushes from
the Reserva 1212 Series. A painter of intimate interiors and
streetscapes, John Yardley’s collection includes brushes that reflect
his simple technique and lightness. Yardley uses Reserva brushes from
size 6 to size 14 and has selected the sizes 6, 10 and 12 to compose
his Escoda trio. These Reserva brushes are made from Kolinsky-Tajmyr
sable, which points perfectly and has an extraordinary capacity to
retain liquids.
‘The Reserva Series of brushes embody the ultimate in quality sables -
there is nothing more to be said.’ John Yardley
