Excellent build quality but missing battery?

Product received in good order, however the feature list states that it comes with x2 batteries, but only x1 was received?
Please can loot assist in this.
Apart from this, good service and really loving the drill.
Would recommend it and comes with a 24 month warranty, not a lot of smaller brands offer this.
Backup service seems to be with L&G Tools which are massive, gave them a call just to test and they responded straight away.
