We ordered a different product at first (Temple trap board game) that was later confirmed by Loot that the items was unfortunately out of stock from the supplier. Loot informed me about the item and as a value add offered a R50 voucher to add to our next purchase. This was at a great surprise and unexpected. Thank you for excellent, fast and sufficient service in sorting out our purchase. This was the best product that I purchased for my son. He absolutely loves his new red mini robot. We will definitely shop with Loot again.
