SUPPOSEDLY 'MADE FOR' PS3/4 & PC?!

Plugged it in, started up Project Cars; and voila... NOTHING'S READY TO CONFIGURE AND FORGET ABOUT CONSULTING THE MANUAL (if one can call it that) THE USE OF ENGRISH IS SO APPARENT AND IT IS OF NO USE?! Should have saved up some more and gone for a THRUSTMASTER?! REALLY DISAPPOINTED.
