Heavy Weight is okay, fluids all over the place

Well I ordered this to measure my bread ingredients: Flour, salt, yeast and water. The flour weight (500gms +) is fine but the lighter weights like 5 gm yeast and 7 gms salt don't really register when you add them as tare weight and you struggle to get 5gm to register even on a piece of paper. Then measuring water: 300ml water should be 300gms in either liquid or mass mode but I got anything from 180 to 320 tare. Really this scale does not perform as expected and I am disappointed as I chose a more expensive model to ensure I would get an accurate balance. The feather shown on the ad is very misleading. This scale will not in a million years measure the weight of a feather unless it if from an cast iron ostrich or emu. Sorry to say, but this was a big disappointment. I threw out two batches of dough before I realized my quantities were haywire. Pass on this item if your need is for accuracy.
