An extremely useful book, with spells for any occasion, as well as for general interest. It is nothing like other "spell books" on the market, as its contents are from traditional sources. The introductory sections offer insight into magickal practices throughout the world, and how magick can be used in daily life.
The book also includes a formulary with recipes for stock ingredients used in the spells listed, as well as a botanicals list, with properties and botanical names of various magickal plants, which i found particularly useful.

The only problem with this book is that every spell book you buy after this is a let down. :)
