Hi, we recently bought this Dome tent from LOOT, very happy and excited plus point, packaging is not so big, it is very spacious inside and easy to put together minus pouint, we went camping the past long weekend and found it the tent is not water proof as there was water dripping from the ceiling, i am pretty sure the tent should be water proof, pleases kindly assist

It is a very nice tent. But on our very first trip it started leaking. I informed Loot within 21 days and returned the tent to them. It is now almost 2 monts and I have not received the tent back nor my money Lesson Learned Dont by Oztrail and dont buy it through Loot. I have never experience bad service from Takelot. I am now taking this matter to hello Peter
