Keyboard different

ALthough a neat tablet, the keyboard received with this tablet looks totally different than the user pamphlet received with the tablet. Also teh blue tooth doe snot work and cannot "see" the keyboard. Went to the Proline website, but they have no support section to help troubleshoot or post a query. Any help out there?
