Lily Marlow is a small town girl, with a singularly unique ability
for singing and song writing. She has spent her whole life in the
tiny farming community of Alma, Kansas, but has dreams of one day
making a name for herself in the recording business. When playing
one night in front of a local crowd, she is heard by a producer by
the name of Kiko Van Slyke. Lily is offered the opportunity to go
to Nashville, where she hopes she is finally going to begin her
music career. When she takes Kiko up on his offer, she leaves her
family and home for the bright lights of music city. Lily begins to
live her dream until she finds herself tied to a man by the name of
Darryl Rungy. Though warned against it, by Kiko, Lily proceeds into
the relationship with Darryl... and this is where her hell begins.
Sometimes coming home, we find there what we were looking for all
along... R.D.M.
