The New European Security Disorder presents a clear and
comprehensive overview of the main actors, institutions and changes
in European security since the end of the Cold War. Special
emphasis is put on the assessment of threats to Europe's security,
the lack of coherent leadershop in Bosnia and elsewhere, and the
need for pan-European security institutions.
