Why are all pool nets like this?

After searching everywhere without success for a fine pool net, and not winning, we eventually attached some material with pegs to our normal pool net. The result was great, but the pegs kept falling off and the material eventually disintegrated. I was about to order from Amazon when my partner found this item. Ordered it and it is exactly what we are looking for. You are able to PROPERLY clean your pool with this net, unlike the other nets on the market. Why this is not the standard is mind-boggling. Only point to note is that the part that connects to the pole is not quite the same and only one bolt fitted through, but that isn't really an issue as it still works fine.
