Tipper is a delightfully happy dog whose vigorous and friendly
personality immediately charms everyone she meets. Born somewhere
in Rosarito Beach in Baja California, Mexico, Tipper didn't have
the happiest beginning in life. Lost, mistreated and abandoned she
was discovered one rainy night under a truck by a loving and kind
couple. She was just a tiny bundle of black and white fur, wet cold
and hungry. They just couldn't resist taking her home until they
could find her owners or new people to care for her. Tipper was
told by her mother to believe in the big dog in the sky and she
would always be happy and never alone. Tipper follows her mother's
advice feeling her purpose is to find a good happy home, which she
does with two people who adore her and she truly becomes the
happiest dog. Written from Tipper's point of view this is truly an
enjoyable read for children and adults alike.
