When I ordered this product I was skeptical. Tried other cutters without success. But, this is a proper tool. Sharp, strong and slices effortlessly. Money well spent. Highly recommended and a pure joy to use.

The Biltong Cutter to have!

This is the real deal! I have bought a number of other biltong slicers, also with dual metal blades, but this works the best as the movement of the semi-circle blade slides to cut the biltong. I would have liked it to have two magnets on the cutter's base on the side away from the blade to hold onto the metal tray, but that I glued on myself, now the tray always remains with the cutter. The best, even for quite dry biltong!
