The Model T Ford was the first mass produced car and the price
because of this was so low that for the first time motorcars were
in the hands of people who had little or no engineering skills.

of a motor car to a lay audience. Many of the earliest books,
particularly those dating back to the 1900s and before, are now
extremely scarce and increasingly expensive. We are republishing
