Richard Brinsley Sheridan's last play, an adaptation of August Von Kotzebue's Die Spanier set in Peru and first performed in 1799, was one of the most popular of the entire century. Insbesondere an junge Rechtsanwalte, die sich mit den verschiedenen Moglichkeiten von Kundenansprachen beschaftigen. Was erwartet der Kunde, wo kann ich ihn erreichen, wie als Kunden gewinnen, um nur einige der Fragen zu nennen, denen sich die hier vorliegende Arbeit nahern mochte. Zunachst wird der Beruf des Rechtsanwaltes und dessen berufsrechtliche Einschrankungen beschrieben. Hieran werden kurz die Erfahrungen des Verfassers geschildert, die er in seiner dreijahrigen Berufstatigkeit als Rechtsanwalt sammeln konnte. Um die Kommunikationsmoglichkeiten zu bestimmen wird nun in einem ersten Schritt die Zielgruppe bestimmt und analysiert. Mit Hilfe von Herrn Prof. Dr. Gaspardo und einem anderen Rechtsanwalt, Herrn Manfred Straub, wurde ein Fragebogen fur diese Zielgruppe erstellt, um ein Expertengesprach vorzubereiten. Hier setzt man seit Jahrzehnten neben einer Grundrente auf die Kombination betrieblicher und privater Vorsorge mit Publikumsfonds. Nicht umsonst betragt in der amerikanischen Bevolkerung das durchschnittliche Pro-Kopf-Investmentvermogen uber 28.000 Euro, im Vergleich dazu fallt das deutsche Vermogen mit gut 5.000 Euro pro Burger eher bescheiden aus. Etliche Rentner, die sich auf eine gute Wertentwicklung der borsennotierten Anlagen verliessen, wurden enttauscht: Aufgrund hoher Aktienquoten in den Altersvorsorgedepots, den seit 2001 anhaltenden Borsenturbulenzen und den damit einhergehenden Verlusten, muss so mancher Ruhestandler in den USA wieder eine Beschaftigung aufnehmen, um im Alter seinen Lebensstandard halten zu konnen. Es drangt sich somit die Frage auf, ob sich Investmentfonds und die darauf abgeschlossenen Sparvertrage uberhaupt zur allgemeinen Altersvorsorge eignen. Um hierauf eine Antwort zu bekommen, betrachte ich in dieser Arbeit den Themenkomplex Investmentfondssparen im Zusammenhang mit der privaten Altersvorsorge. In Kapitel 1 wird dem Leser eine kurze Ubersicht uber das Rentensystem in Deutschland gegeben. Ausserdem wird die neue staatlich geforderte Rente vorgestellt. Der Autor verzichtet absichtlich auf eine detaillierte Beschreibung der neuen kapitalgedeckten Altersvorsorge (Riester-Rente) und beschrankt sich bei seinen Ausfuhrungen auf die fur diese Arbeit relevanten Themen.
