El presente volumen recoge 14 ensayos que dan cuenta de la experiencia idiomatica por la que atravesaron los incas a lo largo de su historia, pasando primeramente por el puquina, lengua de procedencia altiplanica, luego por el aimara, y mas tarde por el quechua, idiomas estos de origen eminentemente centro-andino. Se trata de estudios de linguistica historica y de filologia aplicados al area andina que, apoyandose en datos provenientes de la etnohistoria y de la arqueologia, buscan desmantelar un conjunto de falacias todavia vigentes en relacion con la historia cultural e idiomatica de los incas y de sus ancestros. Tras la lectura de los mismos se hara evidente el rol fundamental desempenado por el puquina y por el aimara en la genesis y el desarrollo del imperio incaico, hecho que obliga necesariamente a replantear la vision canonica de su historia idiomatico-cultural e institucional, la misma que ha sido concebida e interpretada exclusivamente a traves del prisma monoglosico del quechua.

Family feature about a young girl and her friendship with her pet pig. When Talia Rose (Lindsey Blanchard) and her family move to a new city she finds it hard to get used to her new surroundings both at school and at home.
