"Journal M.A.G.I.C."-A Five-Step Process to Create Your Magic is
a daily journal workbook designed to assist everyone from
caregivers, healthcare practitioners, life coaches, and self-help
industries, to individuals looking for a valuable tool. This guided
journal was initially designed as a daily self-care tool
exclusively for my clients. It is comprised of five chapters:
Meditations, Affirmations, Gratitude, Intentions, and Connections,
and is intended to track and enhance a person's healing
journey.
Each chapter contains a suggested exercise that flows into each
subsequent chapter. Your journal entries are like pebbles cast into
a still pond, and your written thoughts, ideas, and insights are
the waves that create the concentric circles rippling out from the
locus point. You are the connection to the pebble, the water, and
each ripple. You create a wave of change through your action,
ripple after ripple, consciously and unconsciously.
Each chapter creates momentum into the next chapter, thus
creating a tidal wave of creativity, insight and effect more
far-reaching than you can imagine.
Practical and clear, this comprehensive guide to cranio-sacral
treatment of the face explains treatment approaches that can make a
significant difference to persistent and intractable conditions,
enabling profound transformation in quality of life through
whole-person integration. The book explores the eyes, ears, nose,
sinuses, mouth, teeth and jaw, and provides a practical means of
resolving the multitude of conditions affecting these crucial areas
in a gentle, non-invasive manner, utilising the body's inherent
healing potential. It covers a wide range from persistent ear
infections, dental disturbances, facial injury, sinusitis and
trigeminal neuralgia, one of the most painful conditions known to
the medical world, through to identifying hidden causes of
migraine, autism and chronic fatigue and patterns of ill health
arising from birth, early childhood and past trauma. Cranial nerve
dysfunctions, including polyvagal disturbances, are also included.

colour photographs and anatomical drawings. A comprehensive
presentation of the potential cooperation between dentistry and
cranio-sacral therapy is also provided, with contributions from two
eminent dentists, providing much needed information on this growing

This book is dedicated to my young niece who succumbed to childhood
cancer last summer. All proceeds from this books sales will be
donated to Team Jenna to assist other families who have children
suffering from cancer. A Journey in the Round, Bk 2, is a
continuation of the first book in the series. New images, fun
tangles and more, are featured along with instructions for creating
tangles. Spaces to work are also included. No experience is
necessary to create a Zentangle, and there are mistakes - only
opportunities in this focused and mindful art form. Learn to relax,
build confidence and become more focused using Zentangle as a
learning tool.
