MAGIC In life there are two options, fear or faith, you choose. To
get where you can distinguish between the two, is your life.
Choosing what is right for you over what is convenient for others,
to stand for yourself, to not be pushed from the mountain, to
represent your Father and say no to the world. To achieve peace in
your heart and mind, to love with passion, to cry without regret,
to laugh with joy, to explore, to taste, to be bold. To hold on
with all your will and know that we are one with God. To challenge
you with love and say, all that there is, is one. So that you may
proudly proclaim, I am not alone. When I decided to write this book
I dreamt it had 38 chapters. I did not know why until now. Three
plus eight is eleven and in numerology, this is the number of the
teacher. My personal number is eleven so I now know this book was
to be. When I started to write I had decided to include a chapter
on meditation and when I finished the book it did not. I did not
number the chapters because I knew I would stop at thirty eight so
I wrote as the spirit guided me and when the book was completed, I
went through and numbered them all, a total of 37 chapters. It did
not contain my chapter on meditation. I was so excited that this
book has been guided by Gods hand. Thank you God.
This is a book describing electronic structure theory and
application within the framework of a methodology implemented in
the computer code RSPt. In 1986, when the code that was to become
RSPt was developed enough to be useful, it was one of the ?rst
full-potential, all-electron, relativistic implem- tations of DFT
(density functional theory). While RSPt was documented p-
asitically in many publications describing the results of its
application, it was many years before a publication explicitly
describing aspects of the method appeared. In the meantime, several
excellent all-electron, full-potential me- ods had been developed,
published, and become available. So why a book about RSPt now? The
code that became RSPt was initially developed as a personal
research tool, rather than a collaborative e?ort or as a product.
As such it required some knowledge of its inner workings to use,
and as it was meant to be m- imally ?exible, the code required
experience to be used e?ectively. These - tributes inhibited, but
did not prevent, the spread of RSPt as a research tool. While
applicable across the periodic table, the method is particularly
useful in describing a wide range of materials, including heavier
elements and c- pounds, and its ?exibility provides targeted
accuracy and a convenient and accurate framework for implementing
and assessing the e?ect of new models.

This book examines the complex issues of student teachers'
professional learning in the unique while worthwhile context of
underserved schools in English language teacher education, against
the backdrop of preparing 21st-century teachers who can work with

The quantification of morphology through time is a vital tool in
