Every now and then a book appears from the least suspecting of places, in the hearts and minds of young people where the innocent soul knows most naturally the language of poetry. In late 2013 and across the vast landscape of Brazil a movement-not a revolution-was started, a Utopia of sorts, where the words of young writers would shine light on a new medium for personal letters. Without ever formally organizing as official "poets" these eager children wrote on their computers and mobile devices with such beauty, longing, and passion that they showed us what the future holds for lasting words in a digital age. This first-ever work is a digital-to-physical compilation of a no grander mission than to share words we always hoped and dreamed that kids today could write.
