Lo que nos llevo a plantearnos los siguientes interrogantes: que concepciones poseen nuestros estudiantes en relacion con el concepto de poblacion?, que tratamiento hacen los libros de texto a los que acceden los estudiantes?, que piensan los profesores del profesorado de Biologia en relacion con el aprendizaje y ensenanza de este concepto?, como se inserta el concepto de poblacion en el diseno curricular del profesorado de Biologia? En este libro intentamos responder a estas preguntas, a traves de los resultados obtenidos en un estudio de caso, que hemos llevado a cabo en un instituto de formacion docente de la provincia de Mendoza.
