Reasons or better known as excuses: Why...
Everyone has their own reasons why THEY didn't get a job they wanted.
Could it be that they didn't like my race, or the way I look?
Could it be that I'm too fat or skinny, or just the way I talk?
Could it be the fact I'm bald and look old for my age?
Could it be that I dress too hip to the person interviewing me for the job.
I've had good jobs before and I have better jewelry than the interviewer.
I've had bad luck getting a job and can't afford good clothes.
The person interviewing me can't understand me because I use slang.
All these could be real reasons but more likely they are only part of the problem. When you go look for a job, you have to remember that first impressions are the most important things you leave behind. Because you didn't know how to express yourself or look presentable when they first met you, is the real reason you didn't get the job.
