Collection of all three Mighty Ducks adventures following the fortunes of a very special ice hockey team. In 'The Mighty Ducks Are the Champions' (1993) Gordon Bombay (Emilio Estevez) is a luckless yuppie forced to do community service after being caught drink driving. His penance is to train one of the worst ice hockey teams in the world. However, while Gordon tries to whip them into shape, he learns from his new team that winning is not always everything. In 'D2 - The Mighty Ducks' (1994), the action takes place at the Junior Goodwill Games in LA, as Bombay is invited to lead Team USA to victory over the favourites, Iceland, whilst also having to cope with the distractions of an enveloping media circus. In 'D3 - The Mighty Ducks' (1996), the Ducks are about to begin a scholarship at a prestigious new school, which means a new, no-nonsense coach (Jeffrey Nordling). An icy reception from the school hockey team results in a loss in the Ducks' form. Can they defeat the unbeaten senior team and regain their reputation?

Double bill of Disney films. In 'George of the Jungle' (1997), when a baby boy is left in the African jungle, he grows up in the company of animals to become George (Brendan Fraser), a handsome but clumsy vine-swinger. When George meets beautiful career woman Ursula (Leslie Mann), he is so smitten with her that he ends up leaving his jungle home and travelling to San Francisco with her, where the adventures really begin. In 'George of the Jungle 2' (2003), George (Chris Showerman) and Ursula (Julie Benz) have now had a son, and the family lead a happy life together in the jungle. But George's buddy Ape (voice of John Cleese) has built up a huge Las Vegas gambling debt, and George and Ursula realise they must return to the USA to help him out. However, soon after arriving on American soil, Ursula runs into her former fiance Lyle Van de Groot (Thomas Haden Church) and the old trouble starts up all over again.

The debut feature for director Kerry Conran, this sci-fi action adventure romp pays homage to comics and serials of the 1940s such as Flash Gordon and Superman. Gwyneth Paltrow stars as intrepid reporter Polly Perkins, who suspects a connection between the mysterious disappearance of many of the world's top scientists, and a recent attack on New York City by giant robots - and decides to investigate. She enlists the help of her former beau, heroic flying ace Joe 'Sky Captain' Sullivan (Jude Law). The two, helped by the dextrous Franky (Angelina Jolie) and technical whiz Dex (Giovanni Ribisi), uncover a plot by mad scientist Dr Totenkopf (Laurence Olivier in archive footage) to create a 'World of Tomorrow' - and destroy the world of today. A race against time begins as our heroes do all they can to save the planet before it is too late...

San Francisco couple Michael (Andy Garcia) and Alice Green (Meg Ryan) have a happy marriage until the latter's secret drinking binges become a problem. While Michael is away on business, a drunken Alice hits their daughter - an act which convinces her to enrol at a clinic and dry out. Michael does not find coping without his wife easy, and when Alice returns, sober but irritable, their relationship continues to suffer.

Collection of three acclaimed film dramas. In 'On Golden Pond' (1981), for 48 years, Professor Norman Thayer Jr (Henry Fonda) and his wife, Ethel (Katharine Hepburn), have holidayed at their New England cottage on Golden Pond. This time round they have an extra guest - Billy Ray (Doug McKeon), the son of their daughter Chelsea's (Jane Fonda) boyfriend, Bill. The generation gap is soon highlighted, with Norman and Billy clashing frequently and fiercely. However, as the summer progresses Norman begins to forge the kind of close relationship with the boy that he has always denied Chelsea, and comes to realise how much happiness he has missed out on with his own daughter. In 'Fried Green Tomatoes' (1991), Evelyn (Kathy Bates), a bored housewife, meets Ninny (Jessica Tandy), an old woman who tells stories about her hometown of Whistle Stop. The stories centre around two women who ran a cafe, Idgie (Mary Stuart Masterson) and her friend Ruth (Mary-Louise Parker), whose violent husband Frank disappeared. Evelyn finds inspiration in the stories and her outlook and life improve. In 'Sophie's Choice' (1982), upon moving to a Brooklyn boarding house in 1947, author Stingo (Peter MacNicol) meets Nathan Landau (Kevin Kline) and Sophie Zawistowska (Meryl Streep). The trio become firm friends, and spend much time together; but Nathan's explosive temper often results in Stingo spending time alone with Sophie, and it is in these moments that she slowly reveals her past to him, describing what she experienced at the hands of the Nazis in occupied Poland.

Crime thriller starring Al Pacino as Jack Gramm, a Seattle-based college professor who also works for the FBI as a forensic psychologist. Jack finds himself the target of an intended murder after giving evidence that led a jury to sentence serial killer Jon Forster (Neal McDonough) to Death Row. When he receives a death threat just before Forster's execution claiming that he has only 88 minutes to live, Jack must use all his skills and training to narrow down the possible suspects and save his own life.

Joel (Tom Cruise) is a high school student of seemingly sober conduct. However, when his parents go away he trashes the house, loses the Porsche in the lake and, through his association with a local prostitute, turns his parents' home into a house of ill repute.
