Zur Emeritierung Manfred Maiwalds versammelt dieser liber amicorum Beitrage zu aktuellen Entwicklungen und grundlegenden Fragestellungen der deutschen und auslandischen Strafrechtswissenschaft. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt bei den Moeglichkeiten und Grenzen, ein gemeinsames europaisches Strafrechtssystem zu schaffen.
