British artist Christopher Winter (*1968) is a figurative painter, performance and installation artist. His work is influenced primarily by literature, film and politics. He has a particular interest in fairy tales, folk rituals and often questions the nature of our reality. Winter's paintings are mysterious yet also have a narrative element. This is the second monograph to be published on his painting by Kerber Verlag. This volume compliments the preceding one and illuminates Winter's previously unseen installation and performance work. Viele grosse Konzerne verfolgen eine Steigerung dieser Zielgrosse. Es gilt somit, ein Instrumentarium in den Konzernen einzufuhren, welches es ermoglicht, eine zieladaquate konzernweite Steuerung vorzunehmen. Dabei sollte besonders auch die Moglichkeit der Analyse der einzelnen Geschaftsbereiche gegeben sein. Die Betrachtung soll sich allerdings nicht nur auf Bereiche beschranken, die direkt am Markt tatig sind, sondern speziell auch den Beitrag der Konzernzentrale bzw. der Zentralbereiche mit einbeziehen. Das eingesetzte Instrumentarium muss ebenfalls dazu geeignet sein, alternative Strategien beurteilen zu konnen. Es sollen dabei besonders auch Hinweise gegeben werden, welche Bereiche uberhaupt unter dem Konzerndach zusammengefasst werden sollten und zudem, wie innerhalb dieser Bereiche die knappen finanziellen Mittel zu verteilen sind. Wichtiges Element ist dabei auch die Berucksichtigung von Interdependenzen zwischen den einzelnen Teileinheiten des Konzerns. Der Gang dieser Arbeit ist dabei der folgende: In Abschnitt 2 soll zunachst die Zielsetzung der Wertsteigerung naher beleuchtet und aufgezeigt werden, welche Auswirkungen sich durch diese Zielsetzung auf die Konzernsteuerung ergeben. Es soll besonders gezeigt werden, dass die DCF-orientierte Bewertung bei der Umsetzung einer wertorientierten Konzernfuhrung hilfreich sein kann. Daran anschliessend sollen in Abschnitt 3 die Grundlagen sowie die Vorgehensweise bei der DCF-Methode dargestellt werden. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Darstellung der einzelnen Bewertungsschritte, wie sie bei einer Einzelunternehmung vorzunehmen sind.
