In seiner Arbeit beschaftigt sich der Autor zuerst mit der Frage, wann im Fall des Befasstseins mehrerer Arzt-Partner an einem schadenbringenden Behandlungsauftrag ein Bearbeitungsbeitrag von untergeordneter Bedeutung vorliegt, welcher die Haftung ausschliesst. Im zweiten Kapitel liegt der Fokus auf dem Inhalt und der Wirkung des 8 Abs. 2 PartGG in der akzessorischen Altverbindlichkeitenhaftung ( 8 Abs. 1 S. 2 PartGG i. V. m. 130 HGB). Der Verfasser zeigt hier eine bislang in der Literatur nicht diskutierte Haftungsproblematik "de lege lata" auf, die sich in Fallen ergeben kann, in denen ein ehemals bei der Partnerschaft angestellter Arzt dieser als Sozius beitritt. Im dritten Kapitel beleuchtet der Verfasser zunachst die Moeglichkeiten einer allgemeinen Rechtsscheinhaftung im Partnerschaftsrecht und befasst sich anschliessend mit Inhalt und Wirkung des 8 Abs. 2 PartGG in der allgemeinen Rechtsscheinhaftung
