Suitable for:
Ideal for small-area bonds.
Glues almost all solid and flexible materials like many plastics (such as rigid PVC, ABS, PS, Plexiglas®, polycarbonate (Makrolon®), and phenolic resins (Bakelite®)), porcelain, ceramics, leather, metal, wood, cork, felt, cloth (check suitability first), and rubber.
Only partly suitable for glass (over a certain period of time the bond becomes brittle, causing it to weaken).
Not suitable for: PE, PP, silicone resins, PTFE, Styrofoam®, fabrics and leather clothing.
Working conditions: Do not use at temperatures below +10 °C. The glue responds best to an air humidity level of 50-70 %.
Surface requirements: Surfaces to be glued must be clean, dry, and free of dust and grease, and must fit exactly.
Preliminary surface treatment: Any dust, oil, grease, wax or separating agent should be thoroughly removed from the surfaces to be stuck together. The best way to achieve this is to rub the parts a number of times with appropriate solvents, such as acetone (if suitable for the material – check first!). For metals and metal alloys it is usually sufficient to roughen the surface using emery paper or by grinding or brushing.
Directions For Use
1. To pierce the membrane, turn the cap clockwise firmly onto the tube. Tip: do not press the tube while piercing.
2. Unscrew the cap to reveal the applicator. Apply the adhesive directly from the tube, using the nozzle, as thinly as possible onto one side (too much glue slows down the curing process significantly).
3. Press parts together immediately.
After use (if tube not yet empty), clean nozzle with a dry tissue and replace cap.
Advice
When glueing at low humidity, curing time can be shortened by briefly breathing onto one of the parts to be assembled. The best glueing results are reached at room temperature.
Points of attention
Contains cyanoacrylate. Bonds skin and eyelids together in seconds.
If product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
In case of contact with skin, glue can be dissolved by soaking in warm soapy water.
Then apply a skin cream.
May cause respiratory irritation.
Avoid breathing vapours.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Stains/residue: Wipe off excess glue immediately with a dry cloth. After curing, glue residue is very difficult to remove. Acetone will dissolve glue but very slowly (check suitability first).
Storage conditions: Store in a dry, cool, frost-free place. Storage below +5 °C (in refrigerator) ensures maximum shelf life.
Velcro stick on tape is an easy to use alternative to nails and
screws. To use, clean and dry both surfaces. Cut tape to length.
Peel backing paper and press firmly to surfaces. Allow adhesive 10
minutes to set (or longer for heavier items) before attaching hook
and loop. The adhesive reaches maximum strength after 24 hours.
Transfer your custom vinyl cuts to a variety of surfaces with ease and precision. This specially designed extra-strong transfer tape is made for heavier vinyl, including Cricut Glitter Vinyl. Use it to create shimmering media covers, labels, decor, and more. For use with all Cricut cutting machines.
Super-strong universal contact adhesive based on neoprene rubber. For innumerable repair and DIY jobs that require immediate bonding. Extremely suitable for materials under strain. Moisture and frost proof. Resistant to temperatures between -15 °C and +70 °C.
Suitable for:
Ideally suited for surface bonding or laminating of many materials that require immediate bonding, loading or processing.
Bonds wood, board, veneer, plastic and metal panel boards (HPL, Formica®, for example), (foam) rubber, leather, cork, canvas, linoleum and polyether foam (sound insulation), among other things, to itself as well as to many other surfaces.
Also for repairing shoes, bags, toys and carpets, or for doing (hobby) handicraft work.
Not suitable for: Polystyrene foam (Tempex®), PE, PP, PTFE and vinyl.
Working conditions: Use adhesive and parts to be bonded at room temperature only. The relative humidity must be below 65 %. This is to avoid formation of bubbles in the final product. Once attached, adjustment is no longer possible. Always test on an (inconspicuous) part of the surface first.
Surface requirements: Surfaces must be dry, clean, dust- and grease-free and a good fit.
Preliminary surface treatment: Clean and degrease the surfaces to be bonded for optimal results.
Tools: Use a solid brush or fine-toothed (1 mm) glue spreader to cover large surfaces. Use a roller or rubber mallet to join the materials firmly.
Preparation of product: Stir well before use. Should preferably not be diluted
Coverage: 2 - 2.5 m²/litre, applied on both sides, depending on the nature of the materials to be bonded.
Directions For Use
Parts must be clean, dry and free of grease.
Coat both substrates completely.
Allow to dry for a minimum of 10 - 40 minutes.
In case of porous materials, apply a second coat and let dry.
Then join parts and roll or tap firmly (with a rubber mallet).
Points of attention
For optimum results, both the adhesive and the parts to be bonded must be at room temperature (definitely do not use below +10 °C).
The final bonding strength depends on the pressure applied.
Therefore, press as firmly as possible across the entire surface.
Should the adhesive joint between porous materials be exposed to long-lasting contact with water, the adhesive may detach from the wet surface.
Stains/residue: Remove fresh adhesive residue immediately with Acetone. Dried adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically or with a paint remover (test first).
Storage conditions: Store properly closed in a cool and frost-free place. Shelf life is a minimum 24 months.
Universal strong dual-component epoxy adhesive for repairing metal, pottery, porcelain, glass, pearls, precious stones and various synthetics. Temperature resistant, water resistant, chemical resistant and paintable.
Application
Suitable for: Repairs to metal, ceramics, porcelain, crystal, glass, pearls, precious stones and various synthetics (polyester, bakelite, formica, rigid polystyrene and acrylic glass (Perspex®).
Not suitable for: Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE and silicone rubber.
Handling
Before use: Working conditions- Only apply at temperatures between +10 °C and +35 °C. Product cures by mixing the resin and the hardener.
Surface requirements: The surface must be dry, clean and free of dust and grease.
Preliminary surface treatment: Degrease parts to be bonded with methylated spirit. Roughen smooth surfaces (sandpaper).
Tools: Mix the components by means of the supplied mixing bowl and spatula.
Mixture ratio: 1:1
Coverage: 1 ml = approx 10 cm² at a film thickness of 1 mm
Directions For Use:
Press out an equal amount of both components onto the enclosed mixing tray.
Mix these two equal parts well with a spatula until a mixture is obtained with a homogeneous colour.
Apply the mixture, which at room temperature (+20 °C) remains toolable for about 1.5 hours, as a thin layer on one of the two materials.
Join the materials and keep them in place for 7 hours.
Be careful not to move the parts before the adhesive has cured.
Resin and hardener must not come into contact with each other unless for usage.
Advice
Some types of synthetics can not be joined such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Use a piece of adhesive tape in order to keep the parts in place while the adhesive is curing.
Points of attention
Close well after use.
For optimum performance it is important to create a larger amount of adhesive and mix it very well.
Curing time depends on the temperature.
Adhesive does not cure below +5 °C.
Stains/residue: Remove wet stains immediately with warm water and soap. Cured adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically.
Storage conditions: Store in tightly closed packaging in a dry, cool and frost-free place.
