Mini Blagues from Trinidad. Ken Lans reminisces about primary
school in San Fernando and about the Forest Reserve oilfield in the
1950s. A short reflection on the now-closed secondary school St.
Peter's School gives a template for how an effective school can be
run in remote or challenging areas of the world. Snakes, owls
(speaking in Trini dialect) and Crapaud of Crapaud House (an
unsuccessful entry in a Wind in the Willows contest), have their
own short stories.
