Delonghi not what it used to be

The only heaters I have ever bought over the years have been Delonghi Oil Heaters as they have always worked well, with a good design, energy efficient and good quality.
This last purchase has disappointed and I will for the first time ever suggest potential purchasers to look at other makes of oil heaters.
When I opened the box the design and quality of the wheel castors did not impress and I was right. It did not take long for one of the wheels to brake off as it is made from flimsy plastic with a very weak joint.
It is very difficult to find a replacement and is almost R400.00 for one castor with shipping.
Until Delonghi changes their castors I will never buy one of their heaters again. It is a pity that the design and make of such a small part has such an impact but trying to use or move this heater without a proper support is not worth the effort.
After many years I am dissapointed to say that I am no longer a Delonghi supporter.
