benefits of installing a ready-made computer system in a sci-tech
library. These systems, usually known as turnkey systems, provide a
means for obtaining the network for a lower cost than a new system
designed by a consultant. These papers analyse the benefits and
problems with turnkey systems in a variety of different situations.
