Good steel construction. Needs a seasoning before use and wipe with oil after use. Makes 4 smaller loaves a bit bigger than KFC mini loaf size. The trays are perfect for side and top placement of coals. Even baking. Can place tray on open fire or, like my husband, the Weber. Takes about 30-35 minutes baking time. We are very happy with our purchase. So much so, we bought the full size pan too. Loot service fantastic as always. Thank you
