Use Instructions:	Open package and expose pad to the air. The pad will heat up within 20 minutes after opening. Remove the paper from the adhesive backing and apply to the required body area. Never open until ready to use. Wear for 20-30 minutes. Once the pad cools down, gently peel it off and discard. Remove immediately if the pad gets too hot for you. Do not use for longer than 12 hours within a 24 hour period.
