This book is in essence a summary of my dad's medical experience
with his patients, along with some fifty plus of his own research
findings on the equation for human health. He was a most caring and
trained medical doctor. I have added from my own background in
psychology. So this book attempts to give you the reader a positive
opportunity to improve your health over your life span. Following
our suggestions for health and fitness will not guarantee life free
of disease but it will lay the groundwork for healthy living for
many years.
