Defective washing machine

Do not purchase large Samsung appliances on-line. I have been battling for two weeks now to return a broken washing machine that arrived broken. I have made numerous phone calls, sent emails, have had to arrange for someone to be at the premises for an "assessment" to be done. Can you believe that, an "assessment" needed to be done on a new out of the box defective washing machine. I am still waiting for positive feedback while I have to store the broken washing machine for two weeks. Do not purchase large Samsung appliances online. The after purchase service is atrocious. I am so sorry I did.
