Collectors book of Clowns in a coloring book format. These drawings were done in a Crisis Center located on the State hospital grounds in Norristown. The Artist spent six weeks drawing these on copy paper, with pencils without erasers or photo references. Colored version is available by the same author also.
This book is a collection of Clown drawings that were composed in the local lunatic asylum, also called "Building 50." This place resides in the old Norristown State hospital grounds in Pennsylvania. The Artist was committed for six weeks, and in this time spent his hours drawing the sketches on typing paper, and with a pencil, without an eraser, and without photo references. These Clowns came from deep in the Artist's psyche, and maybe one of the most positive projects in his repertoir.
These murderous poems were constructed in the County Jail in 2013. Rosey Posey was inspired by a woman named Rose who was a patient at Building 50 in Norristown, which is the local crisis psyche ward. The writer met her there in center hall where all of the worst cases are committed. There he wrote the first poem, and then the rest in Jail. Hope you enjoy them.
