Rosey Posey was inspired by a woman named Rose who was a patient at Building 50 in Norristown, which is the local crisis psyche ward. The writer met her there in center hall where all of the worst cases are committed. There he wrote the first poem, and then the rest in Jail. Hope you enjoy them.
