Dabei stellt organisationaler Wandel mittlerweile weniger einen Sonderfall, als vielmehr die Regel dar und erwachst aus der Notwendigkeit jederzeit auf Umweltveranderungen reagieren zu konnen. Anders als in der Vergangenheit kann ein Veranderungsprojekt nicht mehr als klar abgegrenzter Bereich zwischen zwei organisationalen Gleichgewichtszustanden angesehen werden. Interne und externe Impulse stossen kontinuierlich neue Wandelprozesse an, die nicht zuletzt dem Erhalt der Wettbewerbsfahigkeit und damit der gesamten Organisation dienen. Die vorliegende Arbeit definiert und systematisiert in der Literatur vielfach verwendete Begriffe sowie Konzepte und zeichnet dabei vergangene und zukunftige Entwicklungen im Change Management nach.
