The tasty morsels of Scripture in this book are the result of the author's application of Romans 15:4 which says: Everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the scriptures we might have hope.

The circumstance can make you feel helpless, hopeless or even desperate. The situation may be physical, financial or even emotional. You are in a dilemma.
