Analiza la crisis del modelo civilizatorio occidental, y como, este modelo implementado desde las politicas republicanas han permeado en los pueblos indigenas. Plantea la vision del buen vivir de los pueblos y nacionalidades originarias de tierras altas de Bolivia, desde las cuatro dimensiones de la chakana, Ajayu-Ser, Yatina-Saber, Lurana-Hacer, Atina-Poder, que expresan la Cosmovision Aymara.
