Going through school we were always taught that 1+1=2 and 2+2 always equaled 4. As we grow older we are told to stay in school, get your degree and you will find a good job and have a good life. We follow this equation and yet at times we find ourselves in a struggle. Then we go to church and our told just have faith in God and everything will be alright. Then we look around at our life and everything is not alright. Many times in life we go through circumstances and situations. No matter what we think we know or have learned, it just doesn't seem to add up. What do we do?

We have the ability to turn our setbacks into comebacks. Through the word of God we have the power to conquer those things that stand in the way or hinder us from getting to our destiny. In order to do this we must understand where we are and where God wants us to be. The church has come to a devastating place. Most of the messages that are preached are about finance and romance. Rarely is the gospel of Christ preached. While the Church continues to shrink back, the spirits of the age have become more and more aggressive. Distinction between the saved and the unsaved has become difficult. We are constantly told that faith comes by hearing the word of God. There are many people who go to church faithfully, yet still lack faith. How is that possible? Many times as saints of God we have to go into uncharted territories to do the will of God. As we go into these territories we come up against obstacles that try to hinder us. It is the duty of the saint to take back what the enemy has perverted and restore it to its original state. At the point we try to do this we enter into a spiritual war. What is a spiritual war? It is engaging spiritual demonic forces in combat. How do we do this? By positioning ourselves for war.

Have you ever felt like everything in your life seemed to be going smoothly and then you have an encounter with someone who tells you that you could have done something better? You meet an old aquaintance and talk about what you have been up to and they express how they thought you would be further along in life or based on how smart you were in school that you would have chosen a different career path? By the time you leave their presence, the mountain top you were on has become a valley. You begin to feel less than adequate. Now you find yourself doing all sorts of things to meet up to their standard of how your life should be. I have a question for you, "Who has bewitched you"?
