Biolife CLA (Conjugated Linolenic Acid 80% ), is believed to reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels as well as reduce body fat.

A double blind, randomized placebo-controlled study, published in the Journal of Nutrition found that 3.4 grams of CLA reduces fat and preserves muscle tissue.
