Deep Roots of the Soul is a comprehensive compilation of Tammy
Henson a poetic writer. This book showcases a wealth of work from
Moving closer to God, in knowledge and in truth. You are sure to be
encouraged as you read this and any of Tammy s poetry books."
Acts 2:16, 17 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet
Joel, And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith the Lord, I
will pour out of my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your
daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions and
your old men shall dream dreams: This book contains some of the
dreams and visions and the understanding of them that the Holy
Spirit has given me over the years. As you read PARABLES OF LIGHT
my prayer is that it blesses and stirs you up to seek out what the
Holy Spirit is saying to you in your dreams and vision in these
last days. May God bless you on the quest. Proverbs 25:2 It is the
glory of God to conceal a thing; but the honor of kings is to
search out a matter.
Have you ever imagined your life free from sin and keeping Satan
out of your life. There has to be a way. Bill Vincent reveals that
the greatest form of spiritual warfare for any Christian is the
powerful force of obedience. SATAN S OPEN DOORS will give you a
fresh revelation of how God supplies in the Spirit and prompt your
heart and mind to find hidden sins and identify rebellion. As you
are challenged to be holy, you'll discover how grace gives you the
power not to be a slave to sin anymore."
The purpose of this Book is to present some important principles of
healing which may help you as you step out in faith and begin
laying hands on the sick. The information in this Book might be
different than what you have always been taught, but consider
keeping an open mind in case God wants to reveal something new to
you. Check these things against the Bible; don't just believe what
I say or what other people have said!
Remember that it is not a prayer, because Jesus never prayed for
the sick. It is a command, so firmly get it fixed in your mind to
say, In the name of Jesus, we command....And then speak to the part
of the body that needs healing. When Jesus healed the sick man at
the pool of Bethesda, He said, Rise, take up your bed and walk
(John 5:8). In Matthew 12:13, Jesus commanded the man with the
withered hand, Stretch out your hand, and when the man did, his
hand was restored as whole as the other. Jesus disciples followed
His example of making healing commands, as recorded in Acts 3:6 in
the healing of the lame man: Then Peter said, Silver and gold I do
not have, but what I do have I give to you: In the name of Jesus
Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.' Verse 7 proclaims, And he
took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his
feet and ankle bones received strength. The Scriptures go on to
report that the healed man began walking and leaping, and praising
God! Notice also that when the people put their FAITH INTO ACTION
whether by stretching out their hand, or taking up their bed and
walking, or rising up and walking they were healed!"
A well-crafted presentation of whole-book or whole-work selections
from the major genres of classic literature (prose, poetry, and
drama), each course has 34 chapters representing 34 weeks of study,
with an overview of narrative background material on the writers,
their historical settings, and worldview.
An easy-to-use teacher's guide outlines student objectives with
each chapter, providing the answers to the assignments and weekly
exercises. The final lesson of the week includes both the exam,
covering insights on the week's chapter, as well as essays
developed through the course of that week's study, chosen by the
educator and student to personalize the coursework for the
individual learner.
Someone has decided to become a Catholic and you have been invited
to be the person's sponsor during the journey of conversion.
What does a sponsor do during the process of Christian
initiation?
In When You Are an RCIA Sponsor Rita Burns Senseman reflects on
the responsibility and significance of being chosen to share your
faith and personal experience with someone less familiar with the
path than you. She explains clearly and briefly the Rite of
Christian Initiation of Adults. Her explanation includes a
description of the rituals involved in the initiation process as
well as a description of the theology of Baptism, Confirmation and
Eucharist. She offers suggestions for being a companion and witness
on the RCIA journey, for introducing and welcoming the new Catholic
into the parish faith community, and for praying and worshiping
together. Each chapter provides questions for reflection or
discussion, and passages from the Rite of Christian Initiation of
Adults, Scripture and the Catechism of the Catholic Church for
prayerful meditation. The author also includes guidance for
sponsoring families.
This volume aims to offer a course on the spiritual life. The
author looks at ways in which the words people use can prevent them
from being aware of themselves and others. Sharing his own
inspirations and including anecdotes, he sets out to provide a
practical guide for people trying to live a Christian life.
Imagine a world where we are all given the opportunity to fulfill
our purposes, finding the very reason why we were created whilst
living to benefit others. A world in which the systems are no
longer clouded with deceit; filled with corruption, destruction and
evils of ever-increasing magnitudes. We could confidently check out
of earth one day knowing we had left it better than we found it.
But how when trial and error is the only way and the lives of the
generations to come depend on a change now? The Takeover is a
worldwide campaign with a sole purpose of doing just that;
empowering readers to pursue change with the aim of creating the
world we all dare to dream about- a world where we can finally
experience heaven on earth. We are placed on the earth with an
empty canvas with no direction as to what would be our perfect
picture; this book provides the blueprint and strategy, enabling
readers to play a vital role in global good. No matter the scale of
our occupation or dream, we would be noted in the world's hall of
fame for deciding to give mankind the gift that the Lord innately
placed inside of us. Your community needs you. Your country needs
you. And the world needs you!
Believe anything you want. The twentieth century has brought with
it a myriad of opinions, philosophies, doctrines and ideologies.
Each one of them important; each one valid. And the world says,
'Believe what you want.' Authors Wes Tracy and Stan Ingersol have
authored Here We Stand to shatter that conclusion. More than ever,
it is important that we know what we believe. Here We Stand is a
comprehensive study of a wide range of beliefs and where Nazarenes
fit into the ideological puzzle. Tracy and Ingersol provide the
most contemporary and complete overview of major religions and
religious beliefs since Why I Am a Nazarene . Nazarenes have the
unique opportunity to reestablish their identity with a new
generation of people. Here We Stand gives a clear view into other
traditions in a language and approach understood by today's pastors
and laymen. Here We Stand contributes to the distinctiveness of
each group without sacrificing the Christian community as a whole.
Pastors, Sunday School teachers and new Christians will find this
unabridged version of the book What Is a Nazarene? an excellent
resource because it lends a knowledgeable, objective voice to
discussions of doctrine, witnessing and spirituality. Here We Stand
provides the historical and theological background needed to
establish identity and ownership among new and life-long Nazarenes.

In Bill Vincent's more than 20 years of ministry, there has been
countless spirits and demons that he has personally been allowed by
God's grace to overcome in many people's lives. There have been
various kinds but none as dangerous as the spirit of Jezebel. This
book is as no other Bill has written because of the history of
dealing with this spirit so many times over the years. The Church
doesn't need to take this lightly. Bill brings this timely message
several ways to bring clarity. This book isn't just for light
reading, don't just skim the surface because there is much that the
Holy Spirit is releasing through this book. In the years, Bill has
learned a great deal more about this principality, this strongman,
and how it operates. After writing Defeating the Demonic Realm Bill
never thought he would be releasing a book this powerful again
concerning spiritual warfare. We need to understand failure to
address the weaknesses and sinful responses have wreaked havoc in
the lives of men and women everywhere. The Jezebel Spirit must be
overcome before it destroys you!"

The women in the Bible asked the same three questions we all still
ask today: How does everyone else see me? How do I see myself? How
does God see me? The Known By Name Bible study series for
women-taught by seasoned Bible teachers Jada Edwards, Kasey Van
Norman, and Nicole Johnson-will take you and your group through the
lives of biblical women to learn more about God and how to answer
these essential questions. Rahab's story, found in the book of
Joshua, is a story of a girl boss, an assertive, confident woman
who did what she had to do to provide for her family. Her identity
was shaped by her upbringing. With no Bible study to join or
podcast to download, Rahab learned her beliefs and behaviors in a
culture that believed in gods, not God. But when opportunity
knocked, she boldly trusted in the God she had never known, and
became something she never imagined-a woman who brought freedom to
generations. Follow Rahab in this 4-session Bible study (DVD/video
streaming sold separately) as she trusts God's final word about her
worth above society's words. You will learn how to shed unhelpful
labels and fears, and instead revel in God's unconditional love and
acceptance of you-just as you are. You can be free from shame and
doubt. This study guide features video notes, group discussion
questions, and between-session activities like reflecting on the
drama and teachings, studying the character story in Scripture,
memory verses, and journaling. Sessions include: Your Past Has a
Purpose Liking Your Reflection What's in a Reputation You Have a

Creek knew nothing about hate, they only knew to love in all
circumstances. Throughout this book the reader will see how this
town got together to send a wave of love and kindness to a family
who never knew love, but began to understand love as the town
continued to pour it out their hearts. The reader will benefit from
