Fabrice Mabillot works in Paris as the Artistic Director for
several large lingerie brands ( Lou, Variance and Naf Naf ) and
came to prominence when directing the new catalogue for the
glamorous underwear manufacturer Sixty Eight, a task which made him
famous.Within his creativity, he has developed a technique in his
work, which combines clever aspects of modern technology with a
classic aesthetic. Often working with models, chosen at random by
him because he perceives them as unusual or innocently erotic, he
captures their timeless beauty, in a manner that can be seen in
both the photographs and the work of the painters of the
Renaissance. The jacket of the book is a perfect example of this,
an image comparable with the innate beauty of Vermeer's 'Girl with
a Pearl Earring.This is a delightful book that presents an intimate
