Durch die Integration mit Reststoff-Controlling wird Umweltkostenrechnung auf eine neue Grundlage gestellt und zum wirksamen Treiber fur Oko-Effizienz.Teil 2 ist fur Controller und Kostenmanager relevant. Er zeigt wie Reststoff-Controlling in allen ublichen betrieblichen Informationssystemen (SAP R/3 u. a. ) mit einfachen und erprobten Anpassungen realisiert werden kann. Im Anschluss wird die gezielte Anwendung zur verbesserten Steuerung von zentralen Geschaftsprozessen (F&E, Beschaffung, Produktion) beschrieben
