We are going through this for the second time with our 4 year olds. The stories are simple enough for them. The illustrations are quite dramatic - some parents might find them too graphic for young children e.g. in the flood you see people drowning, and in "David and Goliath" you see Goliath dead on the ground.
But our children have enjoyed the art work which is more adult than many kids' Bibles.
