VERY POOR SERVICE

I did not receive one phone call or email for this order. I had to phone multiple times and email them consistently and no one would respond. All the calls kept going dead. I doubt I will ever use LOOT again. I recommend you don't either. Takealot, has always done well at communication, even if the order will be late. I made sure to get off work on day of delivery and nothing arrived. And now it's been another 2 weeks!
