Indications: Contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. For healthy red blood cell formulation and function.
Pharmacological Action: Iron is an essential mineral and an important component of proteins involved in oxygen transport and metabolism. Folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiency can cause megaloblastic anaemia.
Adults and children over 14 years of age: Take 1 capsule in the morning after breakfast.
Each capsule contains the following active ingredients: 100mg Iron bisglycinate chelate - (patented Ferrochel® form, supplying 20mg iron); 400µg Activated folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate); 100µg Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)
Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose) vegetarian capsule shell, microcrystalline cellulose.
