Pros: This jaffle maker does the job, it's easy to use and has indicator lights on the front showing you the heat status. Cons: It's cheaply made. I noticed that right away when I unpacked it as it is very light. Unfortunately the handle clip is just plastic (why is everything made of plastic nowadays?) and it broke apart the second time I used the appliance. I will be sending this back as it's not a good product in my opinion.
