and techniques used to study nuclear pore complexes and
nucleocytoplasmic transport in diverse eukaryotic model systems
(including mammalian cells, Xenopus, "C. elegans," yeast).

structure, assembly, and dynamics; to evaluate protein and RNA
trafficking through the nuclear envelope; and to design in vivo or
